Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:

For the topping:

1.3call-purpose flour
2tbspsugar
1.5tspbaking powder
1/2tspsalt

Method:

Cut up a bunch of fresh peaches and put in a 8X8 glass dish
Sprinkle with a little sugar & corn starch
Whisk together dry ingredients.
Toss in the food processer along with 5 tsps butter.
Process until it is crumbly.
Put the flour/butter combo in a bowl and add 1/2 cup of milk.
Gently combine flour combo & milk until it just sticks together.
Pat it into a flat shape and gently put on the peaches (I patted it out on my cutting board and then slid the thing on the peaches)
Dab a little beaten egg on the topping and sprinkle with a little sugar to make it sparkly.
Bake for 45 - 50 minutes.
Lord have mussy, this is good for breakfast.
