Peach Cobbler |
Ingredients:

For the topping: |
1.3 | c | all-purpose flour |
2 | tbsp | sugar |
1.5 | tsp | baking powder |
1/2 | tsp | salt |

Method: |
Cut up a bunch of fresh peaches and put in a 8X8 glass dish |
Sprinkle with a little sugar & corn starch |
Whisk together dry ingredients. |
Toss in the food processer along with 5 tsps butter. |
Process until it is crumbly. |
Put the flour/butter combo in a bowl and add 1/2 cup of milk. |
Gently combine flour combo & milk until it just sticks together. |
Pat it into a flat shape and gently put on the peaches (I patted it out on my cutting board and then slid the thing on the peaches) |
Dab a little beaten egg on the topping and sprinkle with a little sugar to make it sparkly. |
Bake for 45 - 50 minutes. |
Lord have mussy, this is good for breakfast. |
